WHOLESALE TERMS

At Bella Vonte, we take pride in offering exquisite authentic designer handbags to our discerning clientele. Our wholesale program has been carefully designed to provide you with access to exceptional value, allowing you to establish your own business, acquire timeless luxury gifts, or curate your personal collection of fine designer handbags. By participating in Bella Vonte’s wholesale program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

THE WHOLESALE PROCESS

1.) Purchase Your Wholesale Bundle

To begin, you will get to choose from our exclusive wholesale bundles ranging from $5,000 to $20,000. All bundle sizes are thoughtfully designed to accommodate varying needs and levels of investment so you can find a bundle size that’s perfect for you.

2.) Personalized Zoom Selection Call

Once your order is placed, you will be invited to a custom zoom selection call where you will get to personally hand-select the bags in your wholesale bundle.

3.) Shipping & Delivery

Afterwards, your selected handbags will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days. For added protection, all orders are completed with a tracking number, USPS insurance, a signature confirmation, and a Certificate of Authenticity for each piece.

4.) Receive Your Luxury Collection

And that’s it! Now you can enjoy the arrival of your curated designer bundle — perfect for resale, gifting, or personal indulgence.

DESIGNER WHOLESALE BUNDLES

1.) All handbags sold through Bella Vonte are 100% authentic and include a Certificate of Authenticity.

2.) Bundles range from $5,000 to $20,000 and provide access to 4-53 authentic designer handbags.

3.) We proudly carry premier luxury houses, including Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Celine, Chanel, Christian Dior, Fendi, Givenchy, Goyard, Gucci, Hermes, Loewe, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Saint Laurent, Salvatore Ferragamo, and Versace.

4.) Depending on your selected bundle size and our available inventory, your selection may include some or all of these esteemed brands.

5.) Handbags may be offered at prices up to 80% below resale market value. Please note that “up to 80% off” means some pieces may qualify for this maximum discount, but not all items will fall within this range.

6.) Our team conducts detailed market research to provide handbags positioned for resale at 2-3x the wholesale price. Please note that resale markets fluctuate, and Bella Vonte does not guarantee future pricing or resale margins. We recommend timely resale to optimize value.

7.) All handbags are gently used in good to excellent condition. For an understanding of condition standards, we invite you view the Shop section of our website.

8.) Depending on your bundle selection, some handbags may be drawn from our current store inventory. If you do not favor the styles featured on our site, we kindly advise reconsidering a wholesale purchase.

9.) To access wholesale bundles, clients must verify their identity. Should you choose to decline verification, you may still complete your purchase via Zelle. Click below to contact us is you prefer the Zelle option.

PERSONALIZED ZOOM SELECTION CALL

1.) Following your order, you will receive a confirmation email and be scheduled for a personalized one-hour Zoom selection call to select your designer handbags.

2.) The inventory presented for you to select from will depend on your bundle size and our current inventory. For example, a $5,000 bundle will not include higher-tier handbags beyond that price point.

3.) Only one participant is permitted during the zoom selection call. If additional individuals join, they will be asked to leave. Should they refuse, the session will be terminated, and store credit equal to your bundle purchase will be issued. All sales are final so no refunds will be provided.

4.) Your Zoom camera must remain on for the duration of the call to ensure a personalized, one-on-one experience.

5.) If you are unsatisfied with the handbags shown, we are pleased to offer one additional Zoom selection call with alternative inventory. If no selection is made after this second session, store credit will be issued in the amount of your wholesale bundle.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1.) Once selections are finalized, you will receive an email summary requiring your written approval before shipment can proceed.

2.) Processing requires 3-5 business days prior to shipment.

3.) For your protection, all shipments include a tracking number, USPS insurance, signature confirmation, and a Certificate of Authenticity for each bag.

4.) Bella Vonte is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once your wholesale order has left our facility.

5.) Please ensure all shipping details are accurate prior to shipment. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, the client will be responsible for all re-shipping costs.
