SELLER TERMS

At Bella Vonte, we are committed to curating only the most exquisite and authentic designer handbag collection. To ensure both our sellers and buyers experience a seamless and trustworthy process, we have established the following Seller Terms. By submitting a handbag to Bella Vonte, you agree to abide by these Seller Terms in full.

THE SELLING PROCESS

1.) Complete the Selling Form

Begin by filling out our official selling form with the details of your handbag.

2.) Receive a Quote

If we are interested in purchasing your handbag, you will receive a price quote for consideration.

3.) Ship Your Handbag

Once you accept our offer, ship your handbag directly to Bella Vonte. Please ensure proper packaging and secure shipping, as we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit.

4.) Authentication & Inspection

Upon arrival, every handbag undergoes a meticulous inspection process to confirm its authenticity and to assess its condition. Only authentic handbags in good to excellent condition will be considered for purchase.

5.) Final Approval & Payment

If your handbag passes both our authentication and condition review, payment will be issued to you via Zelle within 1-3 business days.

CONDITION STANDARDS

Bella Vonte only accepts handbags in good to excellent condition. Please do not submit handbags with visible damages, excessive wear, or material breakdown. We are not responsible for any deterioration or incidental damage identified during inspection (e.g., sticky handles transferring residue onto the exterior of the bag).

AUTHENTICITY POLICY

Bella Vonte exclusively purchases authentic designer handbags. We do not accept, support, or facilitate the sale or transportation of counterfeit or unauthentic items.

- Any handbag deemed unauthentic will not be purchased.

- In alignment with our zero-tolerance policy, unauthentic handbags will be permanently damaged to prevent further circulation.

- If you firmly believe your handbag is authentic and wish to have it returned, you may request a retuen by paying a $100 fee. This fee covers authentication costs and all associated return shipping expenses.

To uphold the integrity of our brand and protect our clientele, we ask that you only submit handbags you are certain are authentic.

By submitting your handbag to Bella Vonte, you acknowledge and agree to the above Seller Terms, including our policies regarding authenticity, condition, liability, and payment.
