CONSIGNMENT TERMS

At Bella Vonte, we are committed to curating only the most exquisite and authentic designer handbag collection. To ensure a seamless and transparent experience, we have established the following Consignment Terms. By consigning your handbag with Bella Vonte, you agree to abide by these Consignment Terms in full.

THE CONSIGNMENT PROCESS

1.) Complete the Consignment Form

Begin by filling out our official consignment form with the details of your handbag.

2.) Receive an Estimate

If we are interested in consigning your handbag, you will receive an estimated resale value along with Bella Vonte’s commission structure.

3.) Ship Your Handbag

Once you accept our estimate and terms, you will be required to ship your handbag to Bella Vonte. Please be sure to package your handbag carefully to protect your bag. Bella Vonte is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit.

4.) Authentication & Inspection

Upon arrival, every handbag undergoes a thorough authentication and condition review. Only authentic handbags in good to excellent condition will be accepted for consignment.

5.) Listing & Sale

Approved handbags will be professionally listed, marketed, and presented to our clientele. Bella Vonte retains discretion over pricing adjustments and promotional strategies to ensure a successful sale.

6.) Payout

Once your handbag is sold, Bella Vonte will deduct the agreed-upon commission and remit your payout via Zelle. The timing of the sale varies depending on market demand, but once sold, payment is processed within 5-10 business days. Business days are monday’s to friday’s excluding major holidays.

CONDITION STANDARDS

Bella Vonte only consigns handbags in good to excellent condition. Please do not submit handbags with excessive wear, structural damage, or material deterioration. We are not responsible for any unintentional changes in condition that occur during inspection or storage (e.g., sticky handles transferring residue to the bag’s exterior).

AUTHENTICITY POLICY

Bella Vonte exclusively consigns authentic designer handbags. We do not accept, support, or facilitate the sale or transportation of counterfeit or unauthentic items.

- Any handbag deemed unauthentic will be removed from our consignment consideration.

- In alignment with our zero-tolerance policy, unauthentic handbags will be permanently damaged to prevent further circulation.

- If you firmly believe your handbag is authentic and wish to have it returned, you may request a return by paying a $100 fee. This fee covers authentication costs and all associated return shipping expenses.

To uphold the integrity of our brand and protect our clientele, we ask that you only submit handbags you are certain are authentic.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By consigning your handbag with Bella Vonte, you agree to these Consignment Terms, including our policies regarding authenticity, condition, liability, commissions, and payouts.
