DROPSHIPPING TERMS (A.D.D.O.)
Welcome to A.D.D.O., a service designed to help you start your own authentic designer handbag business without spending any money on inventory. By enrolling in A.D.D.O., you acknowledge and accept all Terms of Service outlined herein. We kindly ask that you review these terms in their entirety. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
A.D.D.O. is a service offered exclusively within the United States. At this time, we are unable to extend access or shipping to international clientele. Any orders placed internationally will, with regret, be canceled.
PRODUCT STANDARDS & INVENTORY
1.) Every handbag featured on A.D.D.O. is a gently pre-owned designer piece, hand-selected and carefully inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before being offered.
2.) Our inventory is refreshed frequently as new arrivals come in. With this in mind, items highlighted on the A.D.D.O. information page may no longer be available at the time of sign up.
MEMBERSHIP & ACKNOWLEDGMENT
1.) By subscribing to A.D.D.O., you confirm that you have reviewed all informational resources, including the A.D.D.O. videos available on YouTube and the details provided on our website.
2.) One A.D.D.O. membership is extended to one individual only. Due to the exclusivity of each subscription, any account found to be shared or used by multiple parties will be respectfully canceled without a refund.
SALES & REFUND POLICY
1.) All sales are final. With that in mind, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
2.) Orders placed through A.D.D.O. on behalf of your customers are also final. As a recommendation, we suggest that you kindly communicate that all handbag sales are final prior to any order acceptance.
3.) For peace of mind, we recommend shipping handbags directly to your business first, allowing you to document the condition before forwarding them to your client. This added step protects you from any potential disputes.
MEMBERSHIP, BILLING & CANCELLATION
1.) A.D.D.O. operates on a subscription basis. With that in mind, your membership fee will be billed automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.
2.) With A.D.D.O., there is no long-term commitment so you may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
3.) Upon your cancellation, your access to A.D.D.O. will end and your membership will not be reactivated again without re-enrollment.
4.) We recommend canceling near the conclusion of your billing cycle to ensure you receive the full value of your subscription, as no refunds or prorated adjustments are offered.
5.) Transitioning between plans (monthly to annual) requires cancellation of your current plan followed by re-enrollment. We encourage you to select the subscription that is best suited for your needs at the time of registration.
6.) Each account must be registered with a valid email and password of your choice. Please select credentials that you can retain long-term, as they cannot be altered by our team.
SERVICE CONTINUITY
While it is our intention to continue offering A.D.D.O. through Bella Vonte indefinitely, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate closure. In such an event, refunds will not be issued.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel memberships for any violation of these Terms, misuse of our services, or abuse of our platform. Cancellations will be communicated via email but no refunds will be provided under such circumstances.
